ACCOUNT BLOCKED FOR CANCELLING THE MAGAZINE

Good day

kindly assist on following up with a store i recently open the account ive been paying then i realize account its not going down i ask them to check why they advised its the magazine insurance's, i did ask them to cancel the insurance and the magazine those extra thing they have on the account. because its meant the money that im paying its cover only for the insurance meaning the account its not paid . they advised they will cancel them

yesterday went to randburg store to pay only to find out i don't have a credit anymore, when i ask the cashier there she advised the account was blocked how and why i dont know

after i waited for 2 hours they told me that i must bring my id copy and 3 months bank statement didn't understand for what because i pay my account cash minimum of R200 a month
