Account blocked

I just do not understand how can my account be blocked without any notification, i go to the store and i am being told i have to come with an employment contract. firstly the contract i gave you it has not expired so how the hell can my card be blocked. this is a serious inconvinience. I go to the store with my contract and they told me they cannot take my contract. I AM EMPLOYED and i pay you every month and then i get such bad service with such a small thing. who still ask customers to come with contracts and **** at this day and age. TFG needs to seroiously evaluate thier controls because they are no in line with customer needs. NXA!!
