ACCOUNT APPLICATION NIGHTMARE
<p>Account application was done online and APPROVED.</p> <p>Had to e-mail proof of income TWICE. Went to the branch 4 TIMES to have the information</p> <p>scanned and e-mailed to Foschini, JUST to receive a response that the application was now suddenly not approved!.</p> <p>I have a clean credit record and am permanent employed.</p> <p>Up to date I was never contacted by any person to inform me of the reason for the non approval of my account application AFTER it was approved to begin with.</p> <p>I was not asked for any additional information either. I will spend my money elsewhere thank you!!</p> <p> </p>
