I am hereby to inform you that I, Mr NT Mlotshwa never opened any account with Pep or Foschini store. The Account details are unknown that need to be investigated but it is showing from ClearScore that I have already missed a payment from Pep company. I want to cancel this account with immediate effect and remove my personal details from the system. Thanks
