I am. been unemployed for a good part of 5 years! I was granted credit by Donna Claire in excess of R10 000!!!! Now i obviously cant afford to pay as my husband has also been unemployed for a good 3 years but Donna Claire kept granting higher and higher credit limits... Surely this is reckless lending and over and above that they are constantly harassing her...EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I am trying to make a payment when I have money but they are never satisfied and the balances NEVER decrease cause of the interest that they keep charging monthly!!!! Please can someone contact me regarding this matter as i will escalate it to the Ombuds
