Absolutely ********* service and policy - Disgusting

So I have an account with Foschini, I had issues and could not pay my account. They handed me over to Eastern-berry collections without even informing me. I call the company and make payment. The collection company decides not to pay Foschini their money. Now i must suffer. I call Foschini they tell me I still owe them. I offer to pay them what I "owe" them. They refer me back to Eastern-berry collections. This collections company keeps telling me of their admin backlog. Backlog since 27/04/2018. What must one do to get decent service in this country? I regrey the day I walked into Foschini and opened an account because now my life is a mess because of them and their ********* affiliates.
