Absolutely disgusted by staff at Foschini Somerset Mall WC

I visited the Foschini Somerset Mall, Western Cape branch 24.07.2018 to make payment to my account. Nobody was in attendance at the tills I usually go to. I found staff members huddled at the shoe sale section. When I asked to be helped, I received looks of irritation, like I was disturbing them. Walking to the tills, the one made a comment of "praat Monica nou engels" because I asked for help in English. The one that accompanied me to the tills, didnt even greet. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service at this store!
