A very frustrated and angry customer

I had the most horrible experience with Foschini online shopping, they were very quick to take money from my account immediately placing my order only for them not to bring my order and then they blame the courier company. its annoying because when I track my order it says delivered but I don't have all my shoes. I ordered 3 pair of shoes and I only received 2 pairs. when I call the customer service they make me hold for so long and they even very rude they tell me they don't know what happened to my other pair of shoes and they will send an email to the courier when I call to follow up they don't have answers for me. am frustrated because I trusted Foschini I really did not know that they are cruel *****s that probably stole my shoes and at the warehouse and say they delivered. I really wish someone had answers for me honestly. I will never ever buy from all your stores and I want my money back am not going to let this go I will take this further
