A very bad company to be assoiated with

Foschini handed me over to a debt collecting company .I paid the full amount that was requested and that was the 21/02/2019 and today is the 29/06/2019 I am still struggling to get the listing of my name I was provided with a paid up letter and today a new amount came up that I have not settled the account I called the debt collecting company they referred me to foshini again I was advised to send them the paid up letter they never responded I have lost out on so many opportunities because of my name being listed by a company I paid full today I regret having to pay them because no change has come still reflect as if I owe them .I hate this company my life is a living hell because of this company .
