Since 2017 I've contact foschini head office and told them my account is incorrect, As a loyal customer keep on paying and keep on phone them, I've spent hours and day try to settle this account, and speak with the Manger assistance constantly and also send them a reconsiliasion of my account, I've stop paying after they told me they will look into this matter, and won't hand me over to their legal departments again and promise to settle this account, they never did. They hand me over now to their legal departpant again, keep on phone me an arasse me constantly early mornings and late evenings asking when I going to make a payment, and then the sms fees email fees interest and al sorts of fees was added. I don't own any money to. The Foschini groups, the amount on my statements are only fees and intrest on intres on all fees added. Im sick and tired of their arrangement. I'ved spent so much money on data try to sort out the situation, and still agter 3jrs not 1 off the mangers lift a finger to come back to me after still phone headoffice and left messages to contact me, no success after 3jr
