A company linked to Foschini called One to One is **********. I was misled because of the link to Foschini

<p>I just want to say, I never took a contract before but I trusted the link of One to One to Foschini and agreed. Now I am paying for trusting two companies with no integrity but those that are committed to robbing those who are naïve like I was.</p> <p>I have been treated very badly by Foschini and One to One from July 2016. I took a contract from One to One in 2014 because they introduced themselves as linked to Foschini. I never received the airtime contracted for and assumed they never activated the account. I did not notice the account was being billed as it was paid by my husband until there was no balance. For almost 2 years they billed me for airtime we never received. We later even did a sim swop on the cell number as there was never any airtime that was sent to us. When I enquired they said all sort of stories, **** and drop me with the phone countless times. I patiently followed up hoping this would be resolved.</p> <p>Eventually they closed my account and reversed about 2 months of installment. Now there is a R60.10 on my account that is overdue. When I call Foschini customer service they claim the balance is not on their side and they transfer me to One to one. One to one also says the balance is not theirs. Today the lady who was assisting me dropped me with the phone, this is a behavior I have come to be accustomed to at One to One. I am threatened by the Foschini notifications that they are listing me for nonpayment but no one is willing to help.</p> <p>One to One promised me to get back to me about the rest of my refund but after countless follow ups there is no response. I am disappointed that Foschini has linked me to such corn artist called One to one and now are distancing themselves from the whole thing but every month threaten me on the overdue payment. I am not sure anyone will respond on this but I will keep on trying until I reach the court. I always thought Foschini is a solid company of integrity but I am so disappointed. </p> <p> </p>
