4 MONTHS & STILL NO RESOLUTION TO PROBLEMS!!!
<p>I have been battling to sort out issues on my Foschini account now for 4 months with no avail! Most of the time I am ignored by Foschini staff. There are CONSTANT illigitimate charges and other incorrect things on my account. Foschini emailed me assuring me the illigitimate charges were reversed and other issues sorted out. I then receive my next statement WITH MORE ILLIGITIMATE CHARGES and previous problems STILL there! When I email Foschini regarding this, I am ignored outright ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only the Foschini department regarding cellphones is prompt to respond and quick to sort out issues. The rest of Foschini customer service is outright pathetic!!!!</p>
