3 Months later no cellphone repaired

I handed in my phone for repairs last year Nov at Foschini Centurion, 2 weeks into January I phoned and spoke to Solomon to find out why is it taking so long for my phone to get repaired, he promised to phone me back the same day, he never did. I phoned back the next day and he was off sick and therefore left a message, he never phoned back. The next day after threatening everyone the lady that helped me (Bevlin) in November phoned me back saying that she never send my phone in for repairs and still lying in the store!! I asked her to find out how long it would take and phone me back the next day, she also never phoned back. Monday morning, 1 week later I phoned again asking her what the problem is, she promised to phone me back the next day. Today is Wednesday and 4 weeks later and still no phone call from Solomon or Bevlin! These 2 people have an absolute no care attitude towards their jobs and me as a customer and not one bit scared of any consequences doing their absolute worst at their job, they are dragging your name through the mud!
