2 complaints I'm furious

I took a sim top up data contract with one2one of foschini group on the 27 November 2019 and it was delivered on the 9 dec 2019 till today it's not activated I waited for so long to use it I had enough with this people because first it was a cellphone contract they were giving me a hard time of sending my phone for repairs. I remember first time I went to them my battery was dead and the cellular associate told me to buy a new battery while I'm busy paying insurance for that phone then because they refused to help me I decide to buy a new battery and carry on with life then the phone was damaged and I went to one of their stores in east rand mall to cancel the insurance one of their employees asked y then I explained my bad experience with their store and she advices me not to cancel but instead they can book my phone to repairs since it was damaged and apologised for wat the other employees behaviors then I did so it was on the 27 November when I left my phone in the store then in the 27 December u went back to check if there's any feedback on my phone the same cellular associate said to me it took time for cellphones that went for repairs to be sent back especially insurance he will check his emails and contact me till today um still waiting I have 2 complaints already with this retail group This people forget one thing we are paying customers we deserve respect and fairness from you guys I like your stores cause I never experience any problem shopping in ur stores
