closed account because of new account card verification process - 8 ridiculous SECURITY questions. staff *********** to handle this process. ignore information provided by client on total amount due for payment to close account. will close all accounts of this group of companies. sad thought I believe no one will care as there are another couple of million account holders, what does one person matter.
