I’m so disappointed I really don’t know what to say , I’ve been emailing bash support and getting this as feedback even the fault was on their side “Please note for an exchange you will need to head to the store for an exchange.

Please note we do not have an exchange process available via our couriers. Once we collect the item, we will process a refund.

If you like us to collect please state so and we will.

I don’t know if they don’t understand that you can’t just go to shop and exchange, buying online most of the time it is because the item is not available at nearest shops. And they don’t refund you delivery fee.I bought size 6 shoe and Foschini Lewis prepared my purchase however wrong size was delivered.
