100 calls from me 2 tfg 100 emails 5 Months later still no refund or not a single call backd

Pathetic service .. Purchased and paid for a handbag online ..24 February 2021 The order was cancelled . I spend more data and airtime on the call centers and emails explaining the same thing time and time again and we're in May still no refund ..no update ..nothing ..I have even said pay the money toward my account they agreed and today are on my case that I have missed payment..my it has been effected I have the proof of the run around from you all and I will be taking this to the ombudsmen .no more stories oh wait you guys don't call me so hide from paying me back my money yet give me bad it when I don't pay .I can't believe this honest
