10 day old broken blackberry

On theday of 2005-03-17 i took my 10 day old blackberry9320 that was bought from vall mall Foshini, back to the store as the phone has just died. i was told that repairs could take up to 3 weeks. I booked the phone in for repairs and the same time bought yet another blackberry 9320 as i could not be without a phone. This morning 2015-05-06 i went back to the store to inquire about the phone that was send for repairs, i was told that repairs could take up 6 months, why was i told on the day the phone was booked in for repairs it would be ready in 3 weeks. In 10 days i spend a total of R3146 on cell phones from Foshini group. The following appears on the jobcard under - Full Description Of Fault - phone dead- pls fix fone for us coz its dead. Wow the spelling is just amazing, no wonder nothing gets done and no feedback is given to consumers. Pathetic service!! Thanks Foshini Vall Mall<br> <br> JC***
