1 hour and no consultant to help
Ive been on the phone more than an hour , trying to speak to someone who can help me with an account query. I havent been able to speak to anyone besides a ****** automated system that my call will be answered. I need help urgently. How difficult is it to answer a dam phone. Please get someone to call me urgently i need urgent assistance.
