I went through to Foschini Southgate on the 25/10/15 and I was assisted by Tshepo for a nude and white Luella shoe which was on promotion. I asked for a size 5 and he said no there isn't a size 5. I left and went to the Glen to look for the shoe there, I was only going to the Glen to look for the shoe nothing else. I got to the Glen although the service delivery was very slow from Sibusiso I had to eventually request management Adelaide who called Southgate as she checked on the system and the shoe was available at Eloff Street & Southgate however I was just from Southgate and it was not available. She phoned and they confirmed that they would put it aside. I was very upset at this point as he could have just given me the shoe then while I was there and not make me go on a wild goose chase at my expense not Foschini's. I got back and it was the same guy who assisted me and now the story was it was in the window and shortly thereafter it was a set aside. There were different stories and I called Adelaide to confirm were you aware it was a set aside and she said no they did not tell me. If it was a set aside they would have needed to let her know as they need to call the customer.
