I tried too purchase a value added service and it

Hello all I tried too purchase a value added service for a game called GT. Racing 2 I had previously purchased these add ons successfully but on monday the 02/03/15 @ 10:30pm I attempted too make a R80 purchase and all that happened was it deducted my airtime and I got nothing. I contacted their customer support on [Email Removed] and they issued me a ticket number Ticket ID - ***. Its been a few days now and they have not rep**** too me. I sent them a further e mail and they ignored me.
