Wrong order received

I bought a dress online and was so excited that just less than 2 days after my package arrived. Open and it's not what I had ordered. Called, emailed to no response. To only get a response on Thursday when I clearly stated that my event was Saturday. I'm highly dissatisfied with this service. The dress was collected and I was told that the dress would be couriered as the other is collected. Nothing. App**** for a refund and nothing even now. Your service is highly appalling for a place that sells such expensive clothes. Your service should match the standard of your stuff. I'm highly unhappy
