Wrong item delivered & no responsibility taken

I Purchased an item from this store meant to be a birthday gift and got it delivered. After 4 days, the item got delivered but it was not what I ordered. I then emailed them explaining to them the situation and they told me they will get someone to collect the item and said they would not be able to reimburse me for the mishap and inconvenience. Not only poor customer service but also not willing to take responsibility for their mistake. I guess it is a usual occurrence from this business.
