WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

This has been the worst online shopping experience EVER! I ordered 3 items on their app last week. 2 arrived in separate packages, 1 packed neatly into a plastic bag and the other tossed into the courier bag as is. The worst part is that the 3rd item as not been delivered yet. Forever New's emails bounce back and their telephone line is always on voice mail. i have no idea how to get a hold of anyone thats going to answer my questions!
