What is happening in Forever New Menlyn? The Menlyn branch is a dismal failure. The service has deteriorated drastically. For example; 1. One of my online orders took almost 3 weeks before delivery Forever New &RAM couriers lost track of the parcel; 2. Forever New Menlyn branch sent me a wrong order and then called me bring it back without taking any accountability or making collection arrangements; 3. I agreed for the incorrect parcel to be collect,and mine dropped. Menlyn did not collect the parcel or communicate changes. 4. Yesterday, 11 November after 2 weeks of back and forth with Menlyn. I took back the free clothes that was sent to me, and returned 2 items for credit. 5. Today, 12 November when I checked my bank account, only 1 refund was done. The other item was not refunded.
