Unacceptable customer service

I have been waiting for an online order since April. It still has not been delivered and no idea when it will be. Your courier company has no idea where the item is. Your customer service team has been unable to provide any answers and I cannot get the details of a supervisor. I urgently request a refund because you have no idea where the order is.
