Took Money and refused to process order

I bought merchandise online on the 7th July 2022and the transaction was hanging on their side for 4 Days, When I finally got directions on how to clear the amount on their side from FNB and shared the Authorisation Completion Code, their cleared the money on the 11 July 2022 and still denied receiving it.

R3143.00 of my money gone and they no longer answer calls nor respond to my emails.
