Theft at Forever New Woodmead

I went to the Forever New store in Woodmead on the 10/02/2018. There were 2 ladies shopping on either side of me in front of the security guard I was pushed by the 1 lady and I felt my bag move when I looked at it my bag was opened and 2 phones where ****** from my bag. I went straight to the security and guard and told her what had happened and she just stared at me dumbfounded and said and did absolutely nothing. I saw the 2 ladies walk out of the store leaving behind the clothes they were pretending to purchase and I told the security it was those ladies but she still did nothing. I asked to see camera footage and was told the cameras are offsite they will contact the security company and get the footage. When the manager contacted the security company I was then told that their system is very slow they are not sure how long it will take to get the footage. I was then contacted by the manager on the 12/02/2018 saying that she has the footage and is waiting for authorisation for me to view it. It's now the 20/02/2018 and I have nothing!! How long does it take to get authorisation??? I was told by people in the next store that this is happening every week and it is the same ladies jumping into the same car and driving off so why is nothing being done about this if it is happening every week???? What is the point of having a security guard in the store when she stands there and does absolutely nothing!! She is probably in it with these people and getting her cut. I hold the store responsible for this!
