The worst service

The worst service in the world! I have only received one item out of the two items I ordered and no one can give me any kind of update. I've been told that DSV will get back to me as if I purchased the items from them. The customer service number just rings and no on picks up, when they do the ladies are extremely rude, unhelpful and just don't care. Never order online, Never!
