After I had a problem with refusal for refund/exchange on 5 brides****s dresses from Woodlands, I posted a review on Hello Peter. As there wasn't any other way to get hold of someone who could help me. No customer service contact number available.

I was contacted by Samantha and she was extremely helpful and assured me she will arrange that I can exchange the dresses at the nearest Forever New Store. THANK YOU SAMANTHA for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!

At the Mall of Africa store I was met by the manager - Lizzy. She was just as helpful and sorted everything within a few minutes while we browsed the store. Lizzy was professional and friendly and always smiling.

These two ladies has given me wonderful customer service!
