THANK YOU SALOME AREA MANAGER FOREVER NEW

After having ordered an item online, I discovered it did not fit me. I called the FN contact line and I was told that I could either return it in store or someone could pick it up for me. I opted to return the item at the FN store in Eastgate. Upon arriving at the store, I was told by one of the ladies there that I could not return it because was was a sale item and could not be returned in store. I was obviously upset by this as I had been given contrary advice over the phone. I was given the area managers number Ms Salome and I advised her of the issue, she asked me to return to the store and they would assist me to return the item. I’d like to say that you very much to Salome as this could have become a big inconvenience to me.
