Thank you Roxanne

Sometime last week I wrote a review about the bad service my mother received at the Mthatha store and Roxanne an Area Manager contacted me and I feel that I should write this review and thank her for her assistance in sorting out the issue and my mother will be going to the store to get her voucher and Roxanne apologized for the service received and assured me that she will address the matter and such will never happen again.
