<p>I posted a complaint about Forever New clothing store and how dissatisfied I was about items that I bought there.</p> <p> </p> <p>A couple of days later, I was contacted by one of the Area Managers Aimee, she was very professional and understanding and resolved my complaint.</p> <p>Thank you Aimee for being efficient, professional and on top of your game. You changed my perception of the store to a positive one.</p> <p>keep up the good work...</p>
