Terrible Quality of Items

I have been gifted a hand bag from my husband from Forever New Waterfront when we were on holiday, we are back home now and after a few occasions of using my hand bag it seems to have begun peeling ridiculously. There are no marks or dirt or damage to the bag and I even have the original packaging it came with(gift bag) peach colour however this expensive shopper is now peeling and I find it extremely frustrating because Forever New supposed to have a high standard of quality of their items. I don’t have any receipt but everything is in its same packaging. I chatted to an online attendant but they are refusing to assist and I find that this is ridiculous considering how much one spends on their items!!!! Please ensure you rather find an alternative supplier than this because it’s crazy to think that you sell such low quality items from such an expensive store
