Terrible online shopping experience

Terrible online service. I ordered an address on 2 January. I have not received any email nor notification to confirm my order. The number given on the website does not work. No one has responded to my email. The dress is now sold out and I am guessing I won’t get it!! The check our process was an issue with my address, it did not have the option for express shipping which I see is an option. Your site is full of bugs and especially at check out! Catch a wake up Forever new!
