Terrible customer service/Forever New unreachable

Cannot get hold of anyone to help me with refunds/pay the difference for items that were purchased on 2-3 Nov 2019 where there was a glitch in the system and refunds of R898 were given. I cannot reach anyone on the customer care number. I was communicating with Hendrik and Marcelle but now I cannot get hold of them on their phones.
