A huge thank you to Lizzy and all the staff at Forever New Woodmead . After searching for ages for a particular knitwear item Lizzy and her team located my correct size and had it delivered to their store within 2 days for collection, after noticing a slight defect on the garment they happily located another one in the same size and exchanged it for me. Throughout this process the ladies at the store kept me informed and really put in exceptional effort to assist me and displayed a happy and helpful attitude. Every staff member at the store really is an asset to the Forever New brand. Many thanks to Lizzy and her colleagues.What a pleasure! SA really need more people like these in the retail industry.
