Size S doesn't fit a person with waist 26

I ordered three belts of size S which should apparently fit me as i have a waist size of 26 but it did not, already my order arrived in like 25 days and when i scheduled a return/exchange, they asked me to courier the belts to them, i had to bear the courier expenses and upon receiving the goods back, they never did anything about it, i wrote multiple mails to them but no response. i called them too but no answer and after two days i again called them and finally the call was answered and they said they will issue credit note. next day i received a credit note for one of the two orders. again i had to go through the same process for the other order. later i placed a order using the credit notes and they got cancelled after 4 days. today i have called them again. let's see if they confirm my order by tomorrow. <br> <br> very disappointed. will never shop from forever new now.
