I was in Forever New Access Park and when I walked in to the store I started browsing and needed assistance with a size, there was absolutely no one on the floor, as one female was standing by the fitting room on the phone, the other one came out of the office just looked at me and walked out of the store. Forever New Access Park has the worst customer service ever. There was more customers in the store and absolutely no sales assistant whatsoever came forward to offer help! This is not the first time I experienced this at this branch, once I had an altercation with manager on duty and the attitude she had. Im so sorry but you had better get proper training for the people you employ on how to greet and treat all customers with the sense that they should come back in the near future.
