RUDE SALES ASSOCIATE at forever new Brooklyn mall

I went to the forever new Brooklyn mall South Africa Pretoria, to do an exchange of a for an item I purchased online. I have the WORST customer service experience I have ever had at a forever new store. The was one lady there who clearly should not be allowed to interact with customers over powering the sales assistant that was actually helping me. This lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to me and her fellow sales associate. Please review your store employees because after my interaction with that woman I could not even continue with my shopping, this left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Please provide a sales review platform that we can report these type of situations.
