I’m such a big Forever new fan especially their winter coats, I bought my mum a coat in June 2019 for R1800 and oh my goodness I was not expecting what I got.

After my mum wore it the first time the coat had bobbling all over as though it’s some cheap material item that I paid R180 for, we took it to the dry cleaners and it came back looking brand new but just as I thought after wearing it only once the bobbling begins again.

My mum took it to her nearest Forever New store and was told there was nothing that can be done, I called the customer service and was told the same thing. So now we’re stuck with a R1800 coat that can’t be worn because the minute it’s worn it has to be taken to the dry cleaners the next day.
