Refusing to take back a torn jumpsuit.

They sold my aunt(Eveyln Gwebu) a torn jumpsuit, when she took it back they refused to take it. Why do they even have torn clothes on their floor?. The jumpsuit cost R1499. She hasn't even worn the outfit. She sent her complain to Forever New customer care support and also on Facebook. The jumpsuit was bought on the 24th of October, at Lakeside Mall, till today, nothing has happened. The way they treated her when she went to return the jumpsuit was horrible. My aunt was so emotional she even cried. We won't stop until this is resolved. We will use all platforms until they take us seriously.
