Refund issue

<p>Hello, today I have returned unused garments and was informed that I am not eligible for a refund. What is upsetting is that I was not even asked why I am returning the items. I am shocked at the way my situation was handled. The stitching of the garments are terrible and for the price I have paid I find it unfair that they will not take ownership or this. The tags are on the garments and I have presentation of the receipt. I think it's only fair that I am provided a full refund!</p>
