Poor Quality Trench Coats

I recently purchased a Forever New trench coat and after having worn it on 3 occasions I am really unimpressed with its quality. It does not have a loop at the neck which most coats do so that you can hang them up and upon using the metal ‘Forever New’ tag to hang the coat up, the chain broke in two. On another occasion I was walking through a doorway, the door handle caught on the pocket of the jacket and the entire pocket’s stitching was **********. I could understand if I was running through the doorway and it caught, but there was almost no force whatsoever required to rip the pocket off.
