Poor quality of materials used

To whom it may concern

I have always bought forever new clothes due to the fact that it is good quality and lasts years. November 2020 i bought over 4k of clothes from forever new in Bedford view. I hand wash all my forever new tops and both of them torn and the one where the material joins is threading apart this is in a case of 5months.
