Poor quality coat

I bought a coat (Stephanie Belted Fit & Flare coat from Forever New in April this year. I've worn it a couple of times since I purchased it 3 months ago. I have been away for 3 weeks in Europe during this period in which the coat has been hanging in my closet. I again started wearing it this week and I've noticed that the coats makes little bobbles of fluff/piles all over the coat as well as sleeves. Surely after a couple of wears this can't be. I have coats from Country Road that have been around for the last five years and they still look great.I want to have the coat returned, it looks absolutely terrible and I can't wear it anymore. I purchased the coat at Forever New Menlyn. I don't have the slip as I didn't plan on returning any of my items, but I do have my CC statement for proof of purchase.

We appreciate your feedback regarding our Stephanie coat. This is really unfortunate as we have not received any returns on this style in South Africa. We will be sure to pass this onto our merchandise production team in Australia. We can offer you an exchange/gift card or refund as we have a have a six (6) months returns policy for defective goods. All we need from you is proof of purchase, this can be in the form of your original receipt and if you no longer have this available to your convenience, a bank statement will suffice.

Please make your way to our Menlyn store with the coat and proof of purchase (CC statement) and they will gladly assist you?
