poor customer service

I went to the Forever New store in Somerset Mall, the worst service ever. I had a voucher from a friend and wanted to buy something with it, me and my friend both buy there because your clothes are defnitely the best, I also always get Forever New vouchers for my friends, so I was very dissapointed in the way I was treated, no one even greeted me as I walked in, even though I greeted the two ladies there very friendly, when I wanted to pay the lady was reluctant to help me and the other lady was not in the store. There was no friendlyness or even politeness for that matter.
