Parcel delays, unprofessional

Today marks 10 days waiting for my order , I sent countless emails no sense of urgency whatsoever, the Ram hand to hand company you are using to deliver my parcel is taking their precious time. I asked you guys to contact them to speed up the process because they have been having my parcel in their delivery truck for too long now. I want my parcel or cancel the order if you cannot assist. I cannot wait like this as if this is an international delivery no do somthing very fast
