Outstanding customer service.

<p>I had a great experience with Forever New, it started off with their Facebook page where I had queries and they were answered within a few hours. When my size was unavailable in Cape Town they found it in Johannesburg and even planned to post it to me,but I made an arrangement for my brother to pick it up. Special mention to Cheryl -Ann Steyn for her tireless efforts in helping me find my size. Before this experience I was not really a customer, I just bought a wallet last year and never really shopped at Forever New,but after my experience I am definitely going to shop at Forever New regularly. I cannot wait to enjoy my boots. </p>
