Online purchase was never delivered

I have had a bad experience with their online , i bought a dress online and delivery keeps cancelling im at a point were i feel will never get my order clearly i bought something thay i will never get . I asked them to change the driver but to no avail

If you are planning on purchasing something online please do not buy as their not reliable its always stories chances of you receiving the parcel are close to zero
